Dan Revich is a licensed California attorney originally from Toronto, Canada. Dan graduated from California Western School of Law in San Diego and passed the California bar in July, 2010.
Dan works at Arixa Capital Advisors, a bridge loan investment fund, and real estate consulting company, based out of Los Angeles, California. Dan is responsible for managing the company’s receivership portfolio, and assists with various operational aspects of the fund, including underwriting loans, preparing loan documentation, and facilitating company registrations.
Dan also works for Tax Resolution Professionals, negotiating tax settlements and payment plans with the IRS. He also is involved in various freelance legal projects, including entertainment contracts, trademark registrations, business formations, and client dispute settlement.
Dan has experience in estate planning, contracts, business planning, tax resolution and real estate law. His goal is to acquire a portfolio of real estate and business assets, while assisting and expanding Arixa Capital Advisors and Tax Resolution Professionals.
